Microsoft seems to be a company some geeks love to hate.
I don’t think normal people hate Microsoft.
I’ve generally embraced Microsoft products and have sometimes admired Bill Gates.
Am I in the wrong forum?
From a business perspective he tried to be the sole fiscal portal and got his balls kicked in. Phones and internet sites on Linux broke his death grip on personal computing, so now Microsoft is just another player.

Apple put on a pedestal as equivalent to the moral aspirations of 48 nations as a means of fobbing off concerns about what’s going to monetized and weaponized- sounds about right.

Binge rights it is! I don’t think you can buy OpenAI stock really. And I’d buy MS stock only moments before it will drop by 50%

Binge rights it is! I don’t think you can buy OpenAI stock really. And I’d buy MS stock only moments before it will drop by 50%

Satya Nadella must be feeling like the jilted lover. Although it’s still not a bad outcome for MS, it’s not quite the coup that having the rights to GPT and having maybe half of OpenAI working for Microsoft would have been.
