Looks like we are offshoring CEOs now.

All of their parents are still disappointed they’re not doctors.

Cheating is endemic in their society. So are these people India’s (and by extension, the world’s) greatest cheaters?

Kinda interesting. Dude used to be a hacker at NSA and then left and started a consulting firm. Called out hacking tools as likely being from NSA when dropped and then got outed by likely Russian hackers dropping the tools. One question I have on his assessment that it was Russia was why they dropped the tools. His reasoning makes sense that it sets NSA back, but at the same time it exposes the fact that NSA has a leak. I guess maybe NSA already knew?

Not sure if it’s the best place, but I guarantee it’s fascinating : a thread by a guy who loves making… bad keyboards. https://bsky.app/profile/foone.bsky.social/post/3lyvontitm22y
Probably more a psychiatric experience than a technological one, but still. -
So people are using teh bluskie now, are they?
-
I do, but many people still use
TwitterX.
I stopped using my X account when how much Musk distorts how it works every day on a whim became clear. It got to the point that it was impossible to ignore, even if, as I did, you didn’t take part in the hellbound part of it.EDIT : Same for Facebook, by the way. What used to be a very useful tool to keep in touch with friends became a quagmire years ago.
-
I don’t know why.
Why did you and so many others ever open an account on Twatler in the fist place?
-
I used it mainly to get professional news, and share ideas or experiences with people interested in my professional domain (i.e. local administration), and I followed some accounts dealing with aviation and military matters. It was a nice tool to do that.

That was meant for Oyaji, right?

Because you could get all the information you wanted in a 128-maximum character format?
Seems to me that you must be easily satisfied, but I guess you were in good company.
