Windows 10 Edge can't log in

I can’t log in to when using the new Windows 10 Edge browser. Here are the error messages dislayed. Cookies are on but java is not an option for Edge.

Error BP100: This site is not properly configured. Please ask this site’s web developer to review <span style=“color: #21759b”>for information on how to resolve this issue</span>. ERROR: Sorry, there was an error. Please be sure JavaScript and Cookies are enabled in your browser and try again.

Same error with Chrome for OS X. Safari works as it should.
