Not sure where else to post this but did you guys notice chrome had some kind of update a couple of days ago that disabled a bunch of addons, including adblocks?
Yeah, Google has been at war against ad blockers and shit. Been using Chrome, but probably am going to change up over this. I have Brave and have not been super happy as it gets fucked up on some websites. Also have Firefox but hear mixed bitching about that one too. Thing that sucks is I am tied to Chrome for some shit so will have to learn to go back and forth.

If you use the same set of plugins/extensions as in Chrome you should be fine.

I’ve got an old desktop computer with a lot of unedited captured video from TGTCWTOOBF on it, some of which I’d like to share with @Slpr (yes, that vid of Fenrier fighting me in a DB-7, with Johnny70 making a special guest appearance). I got the machine to boot, and found I don’t remember the login password! OS was Win7, foolishly upgraded to Win10. Had no PW before, Win10 demanded one, then I forgot it because I never used it.
Any hints? I thought about using a password cracker - any recommendations on which is/are best? Make an Ubuntu boot drive and screw around with it that way? TIA

@oyaji Well, me being more of a hardware guy I would simply rip the respectivce hdd out of the rig and since there is no encryption on a windows fs plug it into your current working station to gather the files.
So long Slpr -

So long SlprThx, but I have no where to put those drives other than on my desk. They won’t do any good there.
Plus the captures are on 2 drives, striped, a level 0 RAID. I did that for speed, in the days before SSDs.

@Slpr thx, watching this now

@Slpr I’ll try this next rain day. Maybe it will work. I found some other stuff when I looked, too - will try that as well.
Thx again.

Been working with some offshore for a week named “Shashank”. I somehow read all of his/her emails in Morgan Freeman’s voice in my head.

I’ve got an Arduino project I am finishing up and it required some simple C++ code and so, not being a coder, I joined the Arduino Forum to participate there and obtain a review of the code I came up with.
They do not want to review any ChatGPT or other AI generated code over there and as far as I can tell, the most one can get out of AI so far is some clues that put you on the right course - perhaps.
But here in this post I am only referring to free sources. There are commercial pay-as-you-go AI services that may be much better.

It’s way better than Hog because it mostly works!
