Actually that looks painful, generally speaking new steam is not being made anymore anywhere, the vast majority were scrapped and with a little care a lot of the survivors could steam again.
Jam, what is up with that mixed spoke thing? I know they balanced the weights but I was under the impression at least with US practice that most of the driver wheels were the same. Hasty/cheap repairs, or driver balancing technique I am unaware of?
